Arts integrative psychotherapy

I am interested in the conflicts between functioning and well-being mediated through relational attachments that require adaptation or restructuring unhealthy routines and abusive relations.

My flexible practice is heavily influenced by post-modern narrative approaches and is foremost client-centered, prioritizing assessment, conceptualization, and transdiagnostic treatment development to develop practice-based psychotherapy.

I have utilized versatile interventions from psychodynamic, Expressive Therapies Continuum (ETC), Attachment Regulation & Competency (ARC), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), sensory-motor-regulation play therapy, relational, and neurobiologically informed trauma-focused care to develop Individualized Treatment Plans. My practice-driven approach as a counselor prioritizes cultural humility striving toward client-centered adaptability.
